My client is a large, reputable joint venture partnership providing consulting in the Construction Management, Support Technologies and Architectural Engineering sectors.

This partnership seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to assist in directing the Piping and Plumbing section and supervise the planning of plumbing and fire protection systems.

Requirements

- At least 7+ years Mechanical Engineering experience.
- A mechanical engineering degree or higher from a reputable university
- Expertise in water supply, sanitary drainage, medical gases, compressed air systems, water treatment and sewerage treatment systems.
- Expertise in all types of Fire protection systems
- Experience managing and maintaing effective relationships with internal and external customers, consultants, stakeholders, contractors and sub contractors.
- Deep experience in the design of mechanical systems and the codes used such as IPC, NFPA, ASHRAE, , IBC, LEED, ANSI, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, SASO, SBC, ASPE, PDI
