The RoleThe RoleWorking within KEO’s Infrastructure Division as a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will be expected to manage all mechanical matters associated with large scale construction projects within Doha, Qatar. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: Mechanical design and supervision experience in planning, specifying, tendering and site supervision for infrastructure projects involving highways, sub stations, micro-tunneling, deep excavations and underground structures. Extensive experience involving technical, project management, and financial aspects of contracts, coupled with strong experience in assessing Contractors’ claims and financial submissions or proposals. Demonstrated ability in liaising with internal and external Clients and coordinating with various government departments and agencies. Proven capacity to work with a team in a multi-disciplinary environment. |
RequirementsRequirementsShall be qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer status from a professionally recognised organisation. Minimum of ten years post graduate experience in the construction and supervision of plant and services for highway construction projects. Shall have previous experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems for Tunnels. |
