Job description / Role
To conduct routine PM and CM (Overhauling and corrective repairs) for all rotating (Pumps, Compressor, Blowers etc.) and static equipment (Heat exchangers, Furnaces, Columns etc.). Give guidance and work with contractor technician for allocated job and provide feedback and report on the job requirement, resources and findings.
Prepare PTW/JSA and TBT and other supporting documents as per job requirement. Verify the spare and material and maintenance requirements are correct in terms of quantity and quality at site. To follow safety KPI and report. To cover Mech. foreman duties in case required and assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from reputed University.
Minimum 7 years’ experience as Mechanical Technician in a reputed oil & gas company. Experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of Mechanical equipment. Familiar with PFD, P&ID, GA and Cross sectional drawing and basic API plan relevant to equipment. Must able to use mechanical measuring tools, use of hydraulic tools.
Good written and spoken English as well familiar with use of basic MS Office applications.
