Senior Medical Planner

Job description / Role

1. Assist in pre design and all phases of healthcare projects, including feasibility studies, space programming and operational departmental programming / planning for clients specific healthcare project requirements.
2. Produce space organization diagrams and functional concept plans indicating appropriate adjacencies within and among departments in the hospital.
3. Edit layouts for concept design, design development and construction drawings.
4. Apply architectural principles to review all related shop drawings, samples and mock ups.
5. Prepare presentation sketches, drawings, image board presentation, and detailed 3D virtual models and animations for concept design presentation and presentation packages.

Requirements

1. At least 3-5 years experience in UAE
2. Degree holder in BS Bio-medical Engineering/ DHA License
3. Age 30 to 40 years old
4. Any nationality
5. Salary open to discuss
