Senior Network Engineer - Al Futtaim Technologies - Dubai, U.A.E.

As a Senior Networking Engineer you will be responsible to plan, configure and oversee the implementation of the data network infrastructure in co-ordination with customers, principals, service providers, and business partners to ensure implementation meets design parameters. Provide post-sales support to customers. Troubleshoot and provide solution in a timely manner for complex multi-vendor network. Provide support for project implementation & documentation. Train customers on system usage. Install, configure and maintain enterprise level network hardware and applications.

Requirements

For this role you will need to be a graduate engineer specialized in electronics / telecom / IT/ computer science. With a minimum 5+ years of experience in converged enterprise network design, implementation and support. Certifications in data and wi-fi from Cisco / HP / Alcatel - Lucent will be an asset. You need to have good knowledge in converged network, wireless, security, routers, switches, firewall & network management software. (Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, Juniper, HP experience). You must be an expert in two or more of the following - wireless / security / routing / switching to best suit this role.
