In this role you will be responsible for: * Installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise level network hardware and applications* Plan, configure and oversee the implementation of the network infrastructure in co-ordination with customers, principals, service providers, and business partners to ensure implementation meets design parameters.* Providing post-sales support to customers.* Troubleshoot and provide solution in a timely manner for complex multi-vendor network.* Provide support for project implementation & documentation.* Training to customers on system usage.* Prioritizing workload to maximize productivity and minimize customer downtime. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in winning this role, you will have the following pre-requisites:? * Degree or Diploma holder in Telecommunication, Computer Science or related discipline* 5+ years of experience in Converged Enterprise Network Design, Implementation and Support. * Good knowledge in Voice & IP Telephony, Wireless, Security, Routers, Switches, Firewall & Network Management Software. (Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, Juniper, HP experience) * Must be an expert in two or more of the following- Wireless / Security/ Routing/ Switching * Must have full network lifecycle experience including gathering requirements, design, test, documentation, configuration and maintenance. * Strong problem-solving skills * Highly motivated and strong team player with excellent communication skills. * CCNP or Equivalent certification is a MUST. * CCIE/ CISSP will have high preference. * An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required. |
