Senior OD Specialist

Oil and Gas

Dubai, UAE

AED 25,000 - 35,000 per month

50,000 - 70,000 Per annum

Our client, a global Oil and Gas firm with a large presence in the Middle East, is currently looking for a Senior Organisational Development Specialist to join their team.

Working as part of the OD team, you will work on a number of projects and will be required to:

- Work with the OD Director to develop and implement a talent management process that supports the staff development and overall talent management strategy.

- Liaise with the Learning and Development team to ensure the development needs of employees are achieved.

- Identify High Potentials within the business and create career development programmes to retain Top Talent

- Develop succession plans and career-path plans for all employees

- Offer coaching and guidance to mid-to-senior managers on OD programmes

For this role, you must have previous experience of delivering organisational and cultural change interventions. Ideally, you will have worked in the Oil and Gas industry, or a similar sector, such as Energy or Engineering. Middle Eastern experience is a preference, but not a prerequisite.
