Job description / Role
Objectives: To provides advice and assistance HR operation. This may include information on training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies. Coordinates the staff recruitment process.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop Company Specific HR Strategy and Present the Plan & the approach of HR activities
- Ensure HR standards are maintained, communicated and achieved.
- Review & Discuss manpower plan for recruitment.
- Implementation of HR policies & procedures.
- Discuss Training requirements with department heads and develop training plan to improve skills throughout the company.
- Evaluate the resources needed to meet training and development goals.
- Furbish new hires / resignation employee documentation as per company policy.
- Create & update Job description as needed.
- Coordinate with Insurance Company, Travel agency, Public Institution for Social Security as needed.
- Establish all new employee details in the payroll system, by entering batch numbers, bank account details, basic salaries and other allowances.
- Process the monthly salary run, input all deductions and payment details, follow up on discrepancies, and any required adjustments
- Must have knowledge in Company succession plan.
- Furbish all employees yearly evaluation forms to send department heads.
- Prepare evaluation summary report comparing training plan, succession plan, increments etc
Reporting to: Deputy Manager HR & Trainings
Duration: Permanent
Probation: 100 working days
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday - 08:00 - 15:00
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resource Management.
- About 4 years of related experience in the Human Resource.
