Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Designs develops and delivers appropriate training programmes in line with department needs, priorities and values.
- Prepares professional course materials
- Assesses learners achievements in line with course objectives and international Awarding body requirements.
- Coaches employees with their individual development plans, where required.
- Identifies new resources, cost effectively, as required.

Requirements

- Educated to degree level.
- Holds or is working towards a recognised training and development award at Level 3
- Holds, or is working towards, a Level 3 Coaching qualification
- Assessors qualification (desirable)
- Experience in conducting training courses to supervisory employees and preferably also middle managers to a minimum ILM Level 3 or equivalent level
