Senior Officer of Reinsurance

Job description / Role

A large well established insurance company with over 20 years of presence in the region is currently seeking a Senior Officer of Reinsurance to join their dynamic team in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:
• Deal with Reinsurers and Brokers.
• Responsible for statement reconciliation.
• Assess and manage facultative inward acceptance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reinsurance closings and reports.
• Prepare special treaty acceptance and outward facultative placement.

Requirements

• Minimum BSc Degree preferably Business Studies, though a diploma degree in insurance will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reinsurance in the GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
