Job description / Role
A leading consulting and engineering firm based in the UAE but with offices across the GCC and world are looking for a Senior Offshore Structural Engineer for current and future projects.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in all stages of Design Engineering (Conceptual/FEED/Detailed Engineering) of offshore platforms and structures.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 15 years experience overall engineering experience
- 8 years experience in design and analysis of offshore structures.
- Must be knowlegeable and skilled in the use of structural analysis software and relevant international codes and standards.
- Good knowledge of offshore bridges, helideck, pile foundations, sea fastenings, piping/equipment supports on bottom stability, push over, boat impact, load out, transportation of offshore platforms/structures.
- Salary negotiable depending on experience and suitability.
