Senior Online Merchandiser - eCommerce - Retail Divisional Office - Dubai, U.A.E.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or someone with a commercial background to join Al Futtaim at an exciting time in its ambitious eCommerce rollout plan. The Senior Online Merchandiser has the responsibility for trading and merchandising, product content and online promotional activity. They also have the responsibility for providing coaching and support for the team of Online Merchandisers.

In this role you will be responsible to assist the Online Trading Specialist in driving the success of one of Al-Futtaims E-Stores through effective management of online merchandising. Assist in the day to day trading and margin performance of the E-store. Responsible for delivering measurable KPIs i.e. cross-sells/upsells, attach rate, product conversions, product availability, product lifecycle ons and offs. Develop strong relationships with the PMO/UX, digital marketing and operational teams within eCommerce.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree or equivalent qualification coupled with over 3 years experience in a commercial role within an eCommerce team. You would also need to have good planning, organisational and prioritisation skills. Highly operational, with an understanding of retail processes.
