We require a Senior Online User Experience Specialist to work as a core member of the technical team to create a great user experience through design and research. The primary responsibilities will be: • Interact extensively with clients and customer service team to understand their requirements. • Research best practice within industry • Organize and actively participate in concept meetings and brainstorming sessions • Interact with the development team to make sure requirements and specifications are technically feasible. • Formulate recommendations and write-up final requirement and specifications. RequirementsRequirements• Solid academic background in computer science, human-computer interaction or related field. • Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based application interfaces. • 2-6 years prior experience in and exposure to a technology environment. Experience in an internet business is ideal. • Strong visual design sense and extreme attention to details • Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills. • Interested to have extensive interaction and communication with clients and stakeholders. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Typical previous job titles: User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, Usability Designer, Information Architect, Business Analyst |
