You will be responsible for leading a team of Operations Managers to oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, establishing high levels of in-store standards; customer care & service and effectively managing all budgeted resources to secure agreed growth and profitability targets.Key responsibilities will include - * Profitability Targets* Store Operations* Marketing* Stock / Inventory Management* New Store Development/Refurbishment & Business Development* HR Management |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate must be able to display the following skills and experience - * University Degree - minimum qualification* Post graduate degree in management or retail management would be an advantage* Minimum 5 years of regional management experience, with 3 years of experience in managing store operations* Working for corporate houses or MNC would be an advantage |
