Senior Operations Manager - Fashion - Jeddah

Our client is a leading retailer in Saudi Arabia based in Jeddah.

Reporting to the VP and overseeing the operations of 50 stores in Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibilities will be to :
- Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for the division ensuring long-term profitability for the Mens , Womens and Kidswear stores
- Lead, motivate and successfully manage the retail team with direct reports and working closely with the Learning & Development department on retail learning programmes
- Collaborate with other functions in Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Finance to ensure the divisions success
- Set and communicate retail standards and KPIs, ensuring that members within the division fully understand these and work to achieve them
- Continuously drive sales and strive to achieve optimal performance

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years experience in retail management; experience in luxury fashion is preferred
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Great leadership skills and team management experience
- Must be pro-active and have the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Willing to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
