Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The position would be responsible for managing multiple units of US franchise restaurants in Kingdom of Bahrain

Passion for Healthy Organic Dining, excellent guest relation and sales abilities.

Responsible to develop, innovate and deliver a product mix which is quality driven while maintaining aggressive financial returns.

Plans and manages Food and Beverage department resources and operations in achieving customer satisfaction and quality of service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

He will be directly reporting to the GM.

As Operations Manager you will lead multi-site store teams to meet their targets, be responsible for all store and employee development including performance management, coaching and identifying development, and be accountable for store key performance objectives, quality and profitability, cost control etc.. You will also actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including new stores and store closures.

Requirements

Preferably Hospitality or Catering Management Graduate. With 4-5 years working experience in a similar position.

A good team leader, decision maker and problem solver. Flexible and creative. With general understanding of Finance pertaining to the F&B industry with excellent focus on P&L Management. Preferably not more than 40 years old.
