Senior Operations Manager

Job description / Role

Salary: SR 32,000 (Potential 50% Annual Incentive)

A large, international Fashion retailer is keen to hire a commercially responsible Senior Operations Manager to be responsible for all Operations and development of business initiatives across multiple locations within a rapidly growing Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Operations and Area Managers to deliver on all KPIs and achievement of the business plan across all operational, marketing and visual aspects of the brand.
- Driving and delivering sales performance and profit return.
- Opening new sites.
- Identify and deliver initiatives to enhance brand performance and profitability.
- Managing multi-site manpower performance and development.
- Monitoring conditions and trends within the local market.
- Managing Operational costs and P&L.

Requirements

- Senior management experience with a multi-site retail brand.
- Experience of managing across a wide geographical area, the ability to identify and deliver initiatives to enhance business and increase sales.
- Experience of managing sales objectives and operational costs in line with an agreed business plan. International experience would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of P&L and understands the importance of financial management.
- 6 years of management experience managing multi-site / multi-brand operations across any geographical area.
- Has been a part of a new store opening team or has the experience of opening multiple stores and is familiar with hiring and visa laws of the country.
- Experienced in Liaising with third party service providers.
