The RoleThe RoleSenior Operator We are currently working with an Oil & Gas Operator conducting production and exploration operations in the Middle East. Due to continuous growth, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Operator to be based in one of the Middle East's hot spots on a rotation. Our client is seeking a Senior Operator who will ensure that all production facilities are operating economically, safely, environmentally friendly and in an orderly manner. You will be responsible for monitoring all wells and facilities ensuring the appropriate production levels are kept maintained. You will perform relevant checks for equipment and the wells and record operational data as well as preparing production, safety and environmental reports as required. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will work closely with the CPF and maintenance teams, and assist in the training of junior operators. |
RequirementsRequirementsSuitable candidates must have 10 years or more experience within the Oil & Gas industry with which 5 years has been in a similar position. Candidates must have desert site based experience as well as familiarity with Microsoft applications. Training requirements include H2S awareness, desert driving, basic first aid, SCBA and journey management. Our client offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a rotational position of 35/35 and provide a tax free day rate of £350 - £400 per day as well as site accommodation.
