Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in Oracle E-Business HCM module.
- Assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions.
- Involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid & proposal efforts, and business case development.
- Experience with 12.x implementations and global roll-outs with multiple languages are required.
- Prefer candidates with 12.x experience, global experience, upgrade experience as well as experience implementing with other Oracle E-Business items
- Provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role.
- Proficient in writing Design Documents; Well versed with documentation templates and standards.
- Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations with due process adherence.
- A self-driven person with strong drive and motivation.
- Must be an innovative thinker and problem solver.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) both downstream and upstream with good client facing skills (communication, negotiation, presentation).
- Should have the ability to conduct Super user trainings, if needed.
- Experience in writing Test cases and execution of test scenarios using testing tools.
- Experience in mapping business requirements, gap analysis and preparation of Design documents.

Requirements

- Proven experience with Oracle E-Business ESS/MSS, Human Resources and Payroll modules.
- Must have 5-8 years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS Financials in implementation type of projects.
- At least THREE full cycle implementation experience required.
- Must have good knowledge and Hands-on experience on E-Business HCM module (R11i & R12) modules such as:

* Human Resource
* Payroll
* Self Service
* Performance Management
* iRecruitment
* Learning Management
* Time and labor
* Technical experience in writing packages, Payroll formulas, SQL
