Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Implementing and configuring Oracle Leasing Financial Management - Lease Management, Contracts Integration, Contracts Core and Service Contracts
- Subject Matter Expertise within Oracle Lease Management / OLFM 11.5.10 & R12 Versions
- Strong understanding of the core financial modules & Sub-Ledger Accounting, and how they interact with OLFM
- Experience upgrading Lease Management from 11.5.10 to R12 is highly desired
- Work experience at a multi-company entity with a leasing business model highly desirable
- Oracle EBS R12 experience is a must
- Full Life Cycle knowledge of each Key Business Flow of Lease Management
- Strong customer interaction, organizational, and time-management skills required
- A self-driven person with strong drive and motivation.
- Must be an innovative thinker and problem solver.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) both downstream and upstream with good client facing skills (communication, negotiation, presentation).
- Should have the ability to conduct Super user trainings, if needed.
- Experience in writing Test cases and execution of test scenarios using testing tools.
- Experience in mapping business requirements, gap analysis and preparation of Design documents.

Requirements

- Must have 5-8 years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS Financials in implementation type of projects.
- At least ONE full cycle implementation experience required.
- Must have good knowledge and Hands-on experience on Oracle Lease Management (R11i & R12) modules such as:

* Leasing Processes
* Operating Lease
* Direct Capital Lease
* Loan Processes
* Investor Finance
* Asset Management and Financial Management
