Senior Organisational Development Manager

This opportunity is with a large group based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Responsible for leading, designing, managing, and implementing talent development programs and advanced leadership programs. Co-lead and provide support relating to all program related OD processes, including career and succession and performance management.

Functions as an internal consultant and partners with HR business partners to identify opportunities to support the business goals and objectives of the company through talent development. Develop the organization HR strategy in alignment with the organizations goals and assessing external and internal environment.

Focus on needs analysis, assessment, and measurement of the effectiveness of talent development OD processes, as well as the implementation of related OD initiatives.

Introduce planned change and is focus on long-term strategy. This position will be responsible for providing development, strategy and leadership of all Saudization talent development pipelines.

Requirements

- To be successful you would possess a minimum of 10+ years experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Change Management at senior management level
- Bachelors degree in HR, Industrial Organizational, Organizational Development, or a related field. Masters degree or MBA preferred.
- Ability to serve as a consultant and advisor; influence, drive change through others, and change management.
- Excellent project management skills, knowledge of HRM best practices in local and international markets.
- Cross-cultural understanding and ability to understand cultures of different organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
