Senior Owners Association Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading Property Management and Real Estate Company. They currently seek a Senior Manager for their Owners Association Management division in Muscat, Oman.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Manager will be responsible for a large, high profile property portfolio. They will be responsible for the management of the OA boards and will be working closely with internal departments such as Finance, Facilities Management, Marketing and with the Homeowners themselves.

They will be accountable for the following:
• Community Management
• Owners Association Management
• Managing budgets
• Service Provider Management (SLAs, KPIs)
• Chairing OA board meetings
• Writing detailed reports (Weekly, monthly, annual)

Requirements

Requirements:
• Experience managing Owners Associations
• Be familiar with the STRATA law
• Have good financial acumen
• Good IT skills and report writing skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication
• Ability to mentor and develop teams
• Strong problem solving and research skills
