Senior Owners Representative - Prestigious UAE Developer
The Senior Owners Representative will be responsible for the management and administration of a Project Management Consultant who will in turn directly manage the various construction and consultancy contracts.
The role is predominantly focused on the management of construction stage activities up to and including the clean handover to the Operator/ FM Department.
Notwithstanding this, the candidate will also be required to support other departments in procurement and preconstruction activities for ancillary works.
Requirements
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a similar discipline is required.
A minimum of 12 years post graduate experience – Experience gained on Major Building/ Cultural/ Heritage projects is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience gained with a leading property developer or International Project Management Consultant.
A minimum of 3 years previous regional/ local experience is essential.
