Job description / Role
We are looking for a Senior PMO/Project Manager to work for a consultancy for the Construction of a Hospital in Qatar
Job Role:
- Senior PMO/Project Manager
- Must have PMP Certification, hospital experience and experience of developing/enhancing a PMO in a similar country (to Qatar).
- Requirements include
- Design of PMO program.
- Detailing organization, staffing requirements for the HMC program.
- Defining processes
- Budgeting
- Developing technical specifications and terms of reference
- Assistance in right sizing the current PM staff
- Assessment of competency of existing PMs,
- Building professional development programs
- Have access to draw on processes, forms and templates
- Specify and support the installation of the required facilities for the existing PM staff
- Resource planning and optimization
- Review of best practices / lessons learned
- Quality control input
- Definition of reporting relationships
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years experience with t least 5 years Hospita / Healthcare experience
- Must have experience in Consulting Services for developing project management processes for effective management of health care construction projects
- Must have PMP Certification, hospital experience and experience of developing/enhancing a PMO in a similar country (to Qatar).
- PMs with PMO development experience and part time support from a range of resources to cover the services below.
- Must be Degree Qualified
