My Client, a Multinational Management Consulting firm is seeking a Senior Partner with strong expertise in the Public Sector or healthcare domain for their regional HQ in Dubai. Proven track record in building, managing and growing a Public or Healthcare sector practice with a pure focus on Strategy Consulting. My client is seeking a seasoned professional with an extensive book of business and an established regional network. My client holds a long standing prestigious history in the Management Consulting arena.
Recognized globally as one of the leaders in providing strategic direction in operational excellence through large scale transformational change initiative s, they are seeking a partner level professional to further penetrate and grow their regional presence in the Healthcare or Public sectors. Requirements
- 15 to 20+ years of professional experience preferably with a mix of both in house and management consulting experience.
- Recent experience at Partner level with a top tier Strategy Consulting firm.
- Strong focus on large scale operational, Finance and IT transformational Change initiatives in the Public or Healthcare domains.
- MBA from top tier University.
- Regional book of business.
- Network of regional contacts.
- Ability to lead a highly academic motivated team.
- P&L Accountability.
- Market penetration, new business development and proven management capabilities is a must.
