My Client, a Multinational Management Consulting firm is seeking a Senior Partner with strong expertise in IT transformation for the financial services domain for their Singapore office. Proven track record in building, managing and growing a Financial Services Practice with a pure focus on Strategy Consulting & large scale technology transformation initiatives. My client is seeking a seasoned professional with an extensive book of business and an established regional network.

They hold a long standing prestigious history in the Management Consulting arena. Recognized globally as one of the leaders in providing strategic direction in long terms IT, Finance & Operational excellence through large scale transformational change initiative s, they are seeking a partner level professional to further penetrate and grow their regional presence in the Financial Services Sector. Requirements

- 15 to 20+ years of professional experience preferably with a mix of both in house and management consulting experience.
- Recent experience at Partner level with a top tier Strategy Consulting firm.
- Strong focus on large scale operational, Finance and IT transformational Change initiatives in the Financial Services Domain.
- MBA from top tier University.
- Regional book of business.
- Network of regional contacts.
- Ability to lead a highly academic motivated team.
- P&L Accountability.
- Market penetration, new business development and proven management capabilities is a must.
