About the Business Description and Desired Qualifications Senior Piping Engineer - Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Preparation of Piping Design Basis, Studies, Reports and recommendations Preparation of Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations and Vendor Document Reviews Checking of deliverables prepared by Engineers/Designers to ensure compliance with Project requirements Preparation/monitoring of deliverables, manpower planning, inter-discipline checking and co-ordination. Carry out reviews, participate in project/client meetings, input to scope of work and cost estimates and Tenders Demonstrate leadership and communication skills in leading team of Engineers and Designers Able to interact and co-ordinate with PMC/Client Ensuring deliverables are produced in the stipulated available man-hours and within the specified schedule |
RequirementsRequirementsBasic Qualifications Job Requirements: Minimum 12 years experience in Upstream/Mid-stream Oil and Gas project delivery covering Conceptual, FEED and Detail Design phases Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering Detailed knowledge of Piping Codes and Standards Familiar with 3D Plant model Design systems Advantage to have skills in Stress Analysis using Caesar II software Must have good English language written and oral skills What you will find At CH2M HILL, the greatest challenges provide the biggest rewards.
