Job description / Role
Our client is a Quantity Surveying/Cost Management practice with over 30 years experience in the UK and overseas.
They are one of the fastest growing practices in the UK and currently have over 90 staff, with expertise across all sectors and disciplines.
Following the continued success of their Middle East operations they have an urgent requirement for a Senior Site Planner to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This role will be working client-side reviewing the plan submitted by the Contractor for Client Approval, then monitoring the progress of the works on a site wide basis to ensure compliance with plan, identifying variances where applicable, submitting reports and assisting the contractor to develop the plan to reflect changes and delays.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be based full time on site; it is preferred that you have experience working on infrastructure projects e.g. roads, bridges, tunnels and rail.
It is essential the individual has experience on Primavera P6/P7. Previous Middle East experience is advantageous although not essential.
