Senior Planner / Delay Analyst

Job description / Role

CSC is looking for a Senior Planner/Delay Analyst to work for an international Consultant based in Qatar. They will be working on major projects based in Doha. These are commercial projects in both buildings and infrastructure and the focus will be on claims management and preparation.

For the right candidate there is potential for quick development and career growth within the expanding office of this international company.

Requirements

* 15+ years of experience in the construction industry
* Degree qualified is absolutely essential
* Minimum of 6 years specialising in claims management/preparation/defence and dispute resolution
* Experience across a broad range of projects with an international consultant or contractor
* Previous experience in forensic investigation of causes of delay, and delay analysis
* Exposure to expert witness work would be an advantage
* Stable track record
* Middle East experience is preferred
* Excellent written and spoken English is an absolute must
