Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Receives and process routine maintenance or SD work requests to work orders.
- Perform site surveys and identification of specialized services required to execute works.
- Determines resources requirements (manpower, equipment, tools, and lifting equipment) and works sequences for maintenance E&I jobs.
- Liaise with related Departments supervisors and various levels for day to day scheduling and work sequence.
- Attending the regular Planning & Operation scheduling meetings and produce schedule reports.
- Monitors and coordinate work executors compliance to routine maintenance or SD plans and schedules.
- Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures in the section in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.

Requirements

- Technical Diploma Certificate in Electrical/ Instrument Engineering or Equivalent.
- 7 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry with a minimum of 4 years in maintenance planning.
- Knowledgeable in Refining & Petrochemical Instrumentation & Electrical processes and system.
- Sound judgment in technical matters with good skills in Instruments & Electrical materials specifications and standards.
- Good knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE plans.
- Knowledgeable in utilization of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) & MS applications.
