Senior Planner / Planning Manager – Major Hotel Project

Job description / Role

To lead all planning activities related to a major Hotel project in execution phase. You will be required to work in-line with but not limited to the below scope of work.

Development and agreement with the client and verification of the baseline programme.

Produce and manage the development of high level and detailed construction programmes including short term programmes for all subcontractors and for works undertaken by the Main Contractor’s labour.

Produce and manage 3 month look-ahead programmes.

Produce and manage fully resourced and cost loaded programmes.

Ensure that all programmes are fully updated, as necessary, and as a minimum, on a monthly basis, site teams to measure progress against programme.

Monthly progress reporting and update of programme.

Cash-flow forecast and Management.

Requirements

Skills and Attributes required:

Degree Qualified.

Arabic Language advantageous.

Minimum 15 years post graduate experience.

Towers/High-Rise Execution experience to completion.

Worked on projects or portfolios of projects in excess of 600 SAR Million.

Previous experience in a Main Contractor.

Hotel tower project experience.

Expert user on Primavera P6.

Stable track record based on projects from inception to completion.
