Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Participate in preparation of contract baseline schedule and/or revised schedules in co-ordination with the lead planner and the ad vice & guidance of the Regional Planning Manager and the project team. Prepare the progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates. Prepare & update periodically the progress performance curves & key performance indicators in coordination with the lead planner to monitor the project performance. Records the daily progress and prepares the site daily report.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction or Architecture)
5 years experience preferable with good experience in high quality residential/commercial/administration buildings.
Very good oral & written communication, problem solving, social, diplomatic, loyal
Quality/Result-driven on time
Contract baseline schedule, progress performance curves, key performance indicators, site reports, budget preparation, updated software of Primavera(P6)
