Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Receives and process routine maintenance or SD / TA work requests /notifications to work orders
- Perform site surveys and identification of specialized services required to execute works
- Determines, prepare, and ensure resources requirements and availability (manpower, equipment, tools, and lifting equipment) and works sequences for maintenance jobs
- Liaise with related Departments supervisors and various levels for scheduling and work sequence
- Participates in regular Planning & Operation schedule meetings and produce schedule reports
- Monitors and coordinate work executors compliance to maintenance or SD / TA plans and schedules
- Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures in the section in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment
- Ensures materials and resources availability for planned Maintenance or SD / TA Jobs
- Ensures compliance of Work Executors to set Quality Assurance and Control system
- Review the maintenance backlog / schedule compliance, and recommend solutions to catch-up for delays, balance workload, and optimize resources utilization

Requirements

Education:
- Technical Diploma Certificate in Electrical/ Instrument Engineering or Equivalent. University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent will be advantage

Technical Knowledge:
- 7 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry with a minimum of 4 years in maintenance planning
- Good experience in planning, scheduling of routine maintenance & shutdown turnaround related jobs
- Sound judgment in technical matters with good skills in engineering field materials specifications and international standards
- Familiar with budgeting and cost control
- Good knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE plans
- Excellent knowledge & skills in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), MS project & MS applications. Knowledge in Primavera and CAD will be advantage
- Possess analytical thinking in data analysis
