The RoleThe RoleNew York University Abu Dhabi seeks to appoint a Senior Planning Analyst. The job-holder will assist the Associate Director of Planning and Organizational Effectiveness with creating the framework, repeatable processes and tools that will drive important work of the group. The key responsibilities of the job-holder will be as follows: - Assist with developing and documenting the framework for the integrated annual strategic and operational planning processes, planning tools, templates and guides for use by University faculty and staff. - Support the developing comprehensive communication plan and strategy for annual process activities. - Assist with developing policies and manuals in support of the office's mission. |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience: - 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination in project management and/or business analysis. Skills: - Knowledge and experience in global business environments. - Excellent leadership, teaming, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. - Excellent planning, organization, research and training skills. - Expertise in project management, change management, and business analysis. - Excellent knowledge of developing and monitoring against key metrics. |
