Job description / Role
To support Budgeting & Reporting functions.
1. Prepare initial budget and forecast gathering of both HQ & Regional offices.
2. Assist in consolidation of regional budgets and forecasts.
3. Assist in consolidation of regional accounting and reporting.
4. Analysis and reporting of all accounting and planning issues to corporate including budget variances.
5. Review and re-forecast budget.
6. Assist in reviewing revenues and costs and ensure alignment with approved accounting approach and work breakdown structures (WBS)
7. Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Computer literacy, including MS Office and Oracle.
Minimum 3 years experiences in a similar role.
Ensure annual budget and budget consolidation are well-prepared.
Monitoring and reporting actual spent versus budget and providing analysis on variances.
