Senior Planning & Business Analyst

Based in Qatar our client is a leading Real Estate group that was established in the 2000’s. They are one of the world’s most trusted and respected real estate companies. Their goal to support Qatar’s growing economy and to coordinate the country’s real estate development priorities Our client is currently looking for an Senior Planning & Business Analyst.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and translate the corporate vision and strategy into business objectives
• Develop and implement business plans, processes and procedures
• Define and implement business strategy to meet organization objectives
• Determine and execute key business initiatives that will drive business operations
• Analyze and document complex risk and mitigation procedures
• Identify problems and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality
• Assist management in operations, resource management, budget, revenue accounting, etc
• Coordinate with various teams to analyze business requirements, planning and operating forecast
• Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
• Maintain in –depth knowledge of latest business developments and markets trends
• Assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast
• Ensure compliance with the company laws and regulations
• Train and supervise junior staffs in business planning activities

Requirements

Qualifications & Experiences:
• University degree in Business related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in corporate strategy and planning
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
• Multi-tasking skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Inquisitive, active thinker willing and able to quickly learn new concepts
