Job description / Role
To plan and translate the corporate vision and strategy into business objectives which can be achieved through a series of business plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans, processes and procedures.
- Define and implement business strategy to meet organization objectives.
- Determine and execute key business initiatives that will drive business operations.
- Analyze and document complex risk and mitigation procedures.
- Identify problems and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality.
- Assist management in operations, resource management, budget, revenue accounting, etc.
- Coordinate with various teams to analyze business requirements, planning, and operating forecast.
- Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of latest business developments and market trends.
- Assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast.
- Ensure compliance with company laws and regulations.
- Train and supervise junior staffs in business planning activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in corporate strategy and planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work both independently and with others to achieve results
- Inquisitive, active thinker willing and able to quickly learn new concepts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
