The RoleThe RoleOur client is a leading construction contractor active in emerging markets. They undertake large industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects for public and private customers principally in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. They are looking for a Senior Planning & Control Manager with contracting experience for their new airport project in Abu Dhabi. Familiarity with industry norms with regards to weighting factors. Skillsets in developing integrated planning package. Managing at least three planning engineers covering the myriad of internal and external reporting as well as being our centre of excellence for the planning function on a companywide basis. Developing and driving the raft of KPI we need on projects these days to spot trends and develop solutions before they become insurmountable problems. Develop and run a risk register Adhoc duties and reports as required. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo apply for this role you must have 20 years overall experience, 10 years in construction planning and controls in a senior managerial position on projects of similar size and complexity - GCC experience - have excellent communication skills - European or English educated candidates would be preferred.
