Qualifications
The candidate should possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Engineering or Construction Management with Minimum of 15 years international related experience.
Description of Role & Responsibilities:
Specific duties of the Sr. Planning Engineer shall include but not be limited to the following tasks:
• Review Contractor’s schedules for compliance and monthly performance measures.
• Provide weekly & monthly project and budget updates to the Projects Director & Client.
• Provide Recovery & Detailed Schedules to the project teams & Client.
• Provide Project Budget updates, in detailed upon Variation Orders.
• Coordination and liaison with consultant and contractors.
• Work with project teams to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables for each project phase and functional area (work breakdown structure and cost breakdown structure).
• Manage the preparation of equipment, vendor, and subcontractor specifications and the preparation of vendor/subcontractor contracts.
• Coordinate the resolution of engineering design, procurement, scheduling and cost issues with site Supervisors, and Engineers.
