Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

OBJECTIVE
Planning and development of CMMS PM / MM Module & Contracts Management , Daily Maintenance Planning, Shut-down Maintenance Planning, Management Of Change / Modifications planning, Materials Planning for Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument disciplines.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

Strategic:

•Establish Planning & Scheduling Set-up through ENGICA.
•Prepare & Control budget to optimize plant maintenance and services without compromising on safety, reliability & integrity.
•Develop and control External Services where it is not commercially/technically justified to provide in-house.
•Train & Develop Operations & Maintenance Personal to understand and utilize CMMS – ENGICA in the best way.
•Preparations of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports for continuous improvement.
•Prepare implementation plan and schedules for plant modifications
*Maintenance Planning for new plants including existing expansion RO projects.

Operational:

Engica Q4 or similar CMMS System Management:-
•To maintain and upgrade Master Data.
•To run, maintain and updates PM programs.
•Generate and monitor department KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).
•To process service orders and plant work orders.

Contracts Management:

•To develop External Service Contract where it is not commercially or technically justified to provide the service in-house.
•Responsible for administering and managing Contract service availability and to develop a performance evaluation system.
•To monitor and control Contractor Invoice submission & approval.

Daily & Shut-Down Maintenance Planning:

•Review of all Daily & Shut-Down Notifications/Orders for Corrective Maintenance (CM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Modification / Project work-orders (as per approved Management of Change) and finalize/ formulate

Materials Planning:

•To review and update critical spares in the equipment Bill of Material.
•Coordinate with maintenance supervisors to develop detailed bill of materials and update in CMMS (My ENGICA).
•Coordinate with maintenance and warehouse supervisors and finalize Maximum Stock Level, Re-ordering Point, and Safety Stock Level for Bill of Materials.
•To coordinate with end users, suppliers and manufacturers for ensuring that materials procured for implementing contract services are correct as per the catalogue data, with respect to specification, other engineering data and by making reference to drawings and part list specifications.
People Management:
•Operation Supervisors, Electrical Specialist, Instrumentation Engineer, Electrical & Instrument *Technicians: - To discuss the various jobs and finalize them, to provide ENGICA Q4 system support and to do necessary follow-up.
•External Parties: - Identify, invite and manage for site visit and discuss to finalize and receive the required services / materials.

Other Day to Day Activities

•Create Work Orders with all required tasks.
•Coordinate for gathering all required information e.g., Technical Documents/ Drawings, Data Sheets, etc. for job planning.
•Arrange required man-power, materials and services. If external resources/ materials are required, to generate Purchase Requisitions and follow up for availability on targeted dates.
•Coordinate with Operation, Maintenance & External Parties and Scheduling of jobs based on priority and availability.
•To provide necessary support to Maintenance Supervisors for completion of job.
•After completion of the job, to do audit to ensure technical completion of all the completed work-orders.

Requirements

EDUCATION PROFILE AND KEY BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Education and Experience Required:

*Degree or Diploma in Engineering
*Minimum10 years maintenance & planning experience required in Power & Water/ Oil/Gas/ Petrochemical/ Fertilizers Industry

Training / Development Programs Required:

*Preferably Engica Q4 or similar CMMS system
*Basic knowledge of Costing & Accounting *Knowledge of Budget preparation
*Knowledge of scheduling software, MS Project Planner / Primavera
*Knowledge of MS Office related programs for preparing analytical and graphical reports
*Knowledge of controlling and performance evaluating of External Services Knowledge of Material Specifications and standards in relevant field.
