Hill International is seeking to employ a Senior Planning Manager, with heavy construction experience, for one of its on-going projects in Basra, Republic of Iraq, Basra Governorate project.

Qualifications
• The candidate should possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering with minimum of 15 years international related experience.

Responsibilities:
Specific duties of the Senior Planning Manager shall include but not be limited to the following tasks:
• Maintain and update master program for Contractors as well as preparing reports for use.
• Interface between management and various stakeholders for construction packages and experience in generating WBS work Schedules.
• Validate recommendations on programme, EOT & planning reports.
• Review of tender documents to ensure that planning requirements are met.
