Senior Planning Manager

Job description / Role

My client is a leading Middle East based developer with a background spanning over 30 years and a track record of some of the largest, most high profile and luxurious construction developments in the region. They are currently looking to recruit a senior planning manager to lead a team of planning and scheduling professionals to help deliver multiple projects for their Dubai office. The role will be to help monitor the work of the contractors to ensure that suitable program of works are in place for each project to ensure they are completed on time and to budget.

Candidates must have a construction or engineering related degree and must have proven experience of managing a planning team working on major construction projects in the Middle East region. Candidates should have experience of mixed use and high rise construction projects and be experienced in leading a multi national team. Candidates will have a background of working for either developers, project management companies or design and build contractors and must possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
