A leading multinational with offices in Dubai is looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager.

The Senior Portfolio Services Manager is accountable for managing and leading portfolio management support activity provided by the Portfolio Management Services function. He/she is accountable for overseeing order book and value management activities (such as supporting Functional Change Delivery Heads and their Heads of Management Services in stakeholder management, portfolio prioritisation facilitation, benefits realisation and cost management) and resource and capability management (i.e. support the matching of supply and demand through demand forecasting and management.

The Senior Portfolio Services Manager is typically accountable for facilitating activities to support executive level decision making on Global Business, Global Functions, Regional and Priority Market change portfolios. They are required to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors, building the necessary skillsets to deliver the above. They are also expected to continuously improve on the status quo and keep up-to-date with the changes in the wider organisation as well as industry and to be able to factor these changes into their outputs.

Requirements

The jobholder is expected to exercise independent initiative in proactively overcoming obstacles to success, relying on general direction-setting from the Head of Portfolio Management Services as well as feedback from the various stakeholders

The role holder will operate within the usual authority limits for a Senior Portfolio Services Manager
