Job description / Role
Our company is one of the leading IT System Integrators in Qatar, Focusing on selling enterprise IT Solutions for all verticals such as Oil & Gas, Telecom, Government, Financial, Sports and Facilities sectors.
Currently we are looking to hire a new Pre-Sales Engineer having the below qualifications and experience.
- Designing and Configuring Technical Solutions on Dell Products such as Storage, High Computing Servers, Blade Server, BackUp and others.
- Knowledge about competitors offerings.
- Coordinate with Sales team in order to meet with customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future technology requirements.
- Develop/manage strong relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- Present the company products to clients.
- Showcase drivers and value that supported the business case for the total cost of ownership to the customer.
- Qualifying leads and following up leads.
- Do pre-sales presentation, demonstrations preparing proof of concept to customers.
- Ensure solutions delivered are technically sound and conformed to leading edge industry standards.
- Maintain our partnership level with Dell with all what required from certificates, spares, lab, etc.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years experience.
- BSc degree is a must.
- A team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Must be fluent in English Language. Arabic is preferable.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to show initiative and motivational skills.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and confident.
- Must be competent to analyze the market situation & identify customer needs.
- Must have the ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress.
- Must have good knowledge of MS Office products.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Products.
- Knowledge of Virtualization Products is a plus.
- Dell Certifications Storage Networking Professional and OpenManage Professional.
- Any Microsoft Certificate is a Plus.
