Job description / Role
Our client a leading alternative asset management company, with a focus on real estate development and investing in growth
The candidate will source investment opportunities across the Gulf region.
Provide technical leadership to the team in all aspects of investment.
Develop new deals both from projects identified and projects that originated elsewhere.
The candidate will play a key role in communicating with investors and shareholders
Source transactions at a regional level
Travel extensively.
Requirements
10+ years spent in private equity with a regional or international private equity house
Professional qualification such as an MBA, CPA, CFA
A proven track record in running a transaction. A track record in identifying, executing and exiting successfully from private equity investments is also important.
Experience in the Middle East is required
English & Arabic is a must
