Job description / Role
ABOUT CLIENT:
An exciting opportunity with an established leading Middle East based National Oil Company.
JOB PURPOSE & SCOPE:
1. Supervises and directs a team of process engineers involved in the provision of advisory and expert services related to design and development of process facilities associated with the Company's oil and gas production, pressure maintenance, transport and export facilities.
2. Provides consultancy services in areas of expertise, prepares / oversees conceptual designs for modifications or new process facilities, evaluates requests for process engineering support.
3. Ensures application of correct codes and standards in the design and development projects and develops project strategies for presentation to Management for approval.
4. Provides technical advice to operating divisions on all relevant engineering aspects.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
10 years experience in process design & engineering and providing technical services for process plants and facilities inclusive of 5 years with oil / gas industry.
