Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Check data integrity, interface operability with interfaced systems (PI, SAP). Notify the counterparts in case of malfunction in order to start reparation.
- Collect data from field instruments, tanks, and product loaders using system tools as well as operation reports. Communicate with operation team to obtain missing data. Provide data sheet as well as training how to fill them.
- Do manual data entry where/when necessary if dataset is not complete. Prepare data sheets in order to ease data loadings into the system.
- Detect and eliminate gross errors using system functionality. Notify the counterparts in case of systematic errors to anticipate repeating occurrence. Contribute in analyses and problem solving.
- Run reconciliation software so that preparing daily material balance. Iterate procedure as long as the system statistics are not in the acceptance range.
- Support loss detection on regular basis. Orpic has strong focus on reduction of losses; contribute in the work of Fuel & Loss taskforce.
- Support calculation methodology of zero value products and accounted losses.
- Validate and publish results and generate standard daily reports. Activate SF-SAP interface to supply plan vs actual BI report. Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses if required.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification is university degree in Engineering
- Minimum 1 year (3 years for senior level) in similar area within the oil and gas / petrochemical industries
- Knowledge of Orpic technology units and their interconnections, logistics facilities, instrument devices is advantageous
