The Role


The Role


Accountable for:
• Identifying and defining the required tests.
• Monitoring the test coverage and evaluating the overall quality experienced when testing the Target Test Items.
• Specifying the required Test Data and evaluating the outcome of the testing conducted in each test cycle.

Key Roles:
• Identifying and describing appropriate test techniques.
• Defining and maintaining a Test Automation Architecture.
• Defining the appropriate tests required and any associated Test Data.
• Gathering and managing the Test Data.
• Evaluating the outcome of each test cycle.
• Verify and assess the Test Approach.
• Use the Test Automation tools (i.e. Rational) for all kind of test type’s regression, Performance, volume...Etc.

• Good analytical skills.
• A challenging and enquiring mind.
• Attention to detail.
• Implementation knowledge of Rational Test Studio.
• Ability to create test plan.
• Understanding of common software failures and faults.
• Experience in scripting.
• Experience in creating test cases.
• Experience\Knowledge in SDLC process.
• Diagnostic and problem solving skills.
• Programming skills.

Experience:
• Experience in testing financial and banking application (is considered an advantage).
• Experience and success with the use of test automation tools.
• With minimum 3 years experience.

Education:
Graduate in Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
