Job description / Role
Must have diversified experience. Exceptional in project planning, procurement, vendor development coordination and quality inspection for materials and developing qualified procuring programs to meet organizational objectives. Maintain close liaison with appropriate members of in-house project team ensuring a smooth execution.
He should possess knowledge of standards and specification such as ASTM, BS etc.
Must have good analytical and negotiation skills in order to reach the lowest price and avail good discounts.
Must have latest and update knowledge of the market in respect of price and availability of the materials both the domestic and international markets.
Must be able to play a pivotal role in the preparation of tender and bidding documents.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
Must hold an electrical/mechanical degree from a reputed university.
Professional Qualification
Must have diploma/certificates in MEP projects, should have attended seminar/concern lectures.
Experience
Must have at least 8 to 10 years of practical experience of procurement of all items relating to MEP and electrical major projects.
GCC/Specially Saudi experience is preferred.
