Job description / Role
- Planning and sourcing of store items related to engineering, spares and consumables based on production plans to ensure all supplies are available based on available inventory and delivery lead times
- Ensuring that all orders placed are within budget focussing on cost reduction and service delivery
- Manages the delivery schedules
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers and presenting quotes in comparison for competitive pricing and best service levels
- Managing and tracking documentation related to supply chain and payments for suppliers
- Authorising vendor payments
- Excess stock analysis
- Maintaining the item master database
- Vendor evaluation and selection
- Management reporting for inventory and service level SLAs and KPIs
- Support the tendering process for bid preparation
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 - 8 years experience in engineering procurement, ideally related to hospitality
- Experience of working in Qatar
- Working on an ERP system
- Vendor selection and management

- Fluent in English
- Living in Qatar
- Aged between 30 - 35 years
